First things first, I completely love your pencilwork and have always envied how well you do hands and feet D=. Also, you are amazing. Now that that's out of the way, I'm only going to specify bad things.

Ryan's arms are definitely too long - or at least her left one. If you presume her right arm (the one bent on her hip) is fairly flat against the "background", it's about the right length. The other, though... if hanging at her side, it looks like her hand would be by her knees.
Also, this is a really minor thing, but what is that line on her right lower leg? If it's her gastrocnemius, it's on the wrong side.

The problem with Marcello is, like Faw explained, that his left hip joint looks disconnected. Compared to his body and hips, it's way out to the side. Also, keep in mind with your male characters that the hips should usually be thinner than the guy's shoulders - wider hips are associated with women (it's one of several anatomical things that make them better at having babies).
Also, from a purely "character design" standpoint, I like the old Foxrid more. I understand he got a career change, but the new one is pretty... well, generic. The old one had a lanky form, energetic/upbeat expression, large "teardrop" ears, those little blue straps around his shoulders and neck, and even a wing ring, which is fun to say. The new one is just sort of standing there, wearing a leather vest and looking slightly angry (as people with leather vests usually look). Even the wings don't make him that recognizable, when you consider that like 90% of furries have wings.
A general test of good character design is seeing if the character is still recognizable - and visually interesting - in silhouette. Easily recognizable characters make things easier to follow and are more appealing. One of the reasons I can't stand the comic Megatokyo, for example, is because the only visual difference between the characters is their hair color.

You've already heard most of what I had to say about the perspective one. The main thing that stands out to me now is that her right eye isn't even with the left one.
Also, this is a criticism of your title: there's not much perspective in it. Her hands and feet are kind of smaller in comparison to her body, but the picture still looks like it was taken from 5-15 feet away. Better practice with perspective is to do some really, really, REALLY extreme closeups of things and characters (like, nine inches close) where the perspective is ridiculously skewed. It's actually really fun.

And for the last one, I pretty much second everything Faw said, but don't get too stuck on showing that she has a neck. From an angle like that, her neck probably wouldn't be visible anyway, and showing it would look unnatural. And nice job making the surface she's laying on bend in under her weight; I think this is the first time I've ever seen an artist I know do that right.
