I don't honestly know much about my options right now (bad, probably, but that's what I said last year, too) but I'll go to a place where I can combine the trip with some nature sightseeing. I think that means Chicago is out of the question for me. The other places... no idea. Friends say Seattle was the least fun US town they saw, but it's in Washington so that's cool. Yet, the more east-located, the cheaper it'd probably be.
1. Chicago - Probably more possible, but only slightly interested, unless someone knows a good way to combine this with some nature stuff.
2. Seattle - Less possible, but interested in general area (WA)
3. Portland, Ore - Less possible, but interested (mostly in general area). I could stalk Colin Meloy.
4. San Francisco/Santa Cruz, Calif. - Less possible, but interested. San Fransisco would be a rad place to visit.
5. Los Angeles/Orange County/I'd rather die from Marburg, Calif. - Less possible. AFAIK mostly vast urban landscapes, which doesn't much interest me
6. San Diego, Calif. - Same?
7. New York!!! - Highest probability and very interested!
