Not to shatter all these dreams but let me quote Cliffy from a recent interview on ClanBase.com;

Jazz Jackrabbit is (yip, really) a valued franchise for them, so they won't let a few amateurs doing their job. So don't count on it that Jazz Jackrabbit will appear on the XBLA or Steam.
