And I'm not flaming. I'm stating my pathetic opinion on things and won't if you feel like denying me the right to do so (but as this is a forum, that's pretty much the general idea.)

New clans aren't a bad idea at all, instead it's a mighty good idea.
But for it to be a good idea even distantly, starting a clan must be carefully organized and the starters/leaders should be experienced and should not be known to seldomly flame other people. Also, whoever they recruit should have at least some experience and shouldn't be trolls or totally experienceless with the game (nor with online gaming in general.) I'd also consider at least decent English a requirement too.

It's stupid for 95 % of active players to be in clans.
