Start => Control panel => System => "Advanced" tab => "Startup and Recovery" section => Click "Settings" button => Under "System failure" subsection untick the "Automatically restart" checkbox.
This should prevent your PC from automatically restarting on blue screen so that you may freely read any info displayed by the blue screen.
