Maybe roll it into the faq thread. (I vouch to keep it separate, since having one huge FAQ thread might just end up making more clutter.)
Sticky: Hacking Reports - There hasn't been a "report" in well over a year. (In fact, I'm pretty sure that thread contains more drama than actual reporting. Carrotade/JJ2+ renders this obsolete anyway.)
That said, I never really saw the amount of stickies as any major problem. Still, it's good to clean things up periodically.
