This is the way I used to do it, and it always worked eventually, after lawd knows how many attempts...
When you're aiming for that first passage, you should fall into the column with Jazz's face partially hidden behind the side bounce pads, but make sure you can see the white of his eyes. If you don't, you're too far in.
After you get onto that first platform, the tricky part is timing your jump at the end of it so that you head upwards to the right to the second platform, and don't accidentally hit the ceiling which will send you down to the bounce pad and bounce you back up, forcing you to restart again.
THIS IS THE TRICKIEST PART. When you get onto the second platform, you have to jump somewhere in the middle of the next bounce pad. Once you're airborne, you have to edge your way to the right steadily, and time it just right so that Jazz will reach the last platform the VERY MOMENT he is level with it. You can't hit the wall before you make it on, because it will stop your right-ward movement leaving you to be bounced back up. And you obviously can't fall short either because the bounce pad will reach you before the wall does. Staying all the way over on the right wall will not work either because the passageway is too tight, and you won't have enough right-ward momentum to avoid being captured by the bouncepad above, propelling you upwards before Jazz can even think about setting a foot on that platform. If you edge your way to the right, it helps because you will have built enough right-ward momentum that will fight off the upward bounce above, and increase Jazz's chances of hitting the ceiling of the last platform.
Again, multiple tries.
