I don't know. To me it was like someone talking about the Harry Potter books, calling them a comic. "thought up classifications and cutoff points" is rather exaggerated: I saw the picture and (mentally) immediately put it in the "erotica" box. I haven't been pondering for minutes on what category this drawing falls in.
And, of course, if it was in fact pornography I'd have to delete it even with that black bar on top of it, so I'm sort of obliged to make the distinction
