I CAN HOST AGAIN !!!
Big thanks to sonyk dermo Ricerind and nimrod (for once again pointing out what sonyk said as it was the thing what fixed my problem) .
Conclusion
So my only problem was that I had ports forwarded while my dmz enabled.
So no ports and dmz enabled.
heh must of been fate because on page 2 its a nice I can host again
