Go to www.whatismyip.com and enter your IP address in the address bar. From there, put in your router username/password.
Go to the port forwarding/port triggering/whatever tab (depends on your router) and from there you can tell it to forward ports 10052-10054 to your IP Address.
To get your IP Address: go to start->run->type "cmd" without the quotes.
When the command prompt opens, type ipconfig /all
That will give you something like 192.168.x.x
Well type that IP Address in as the address you want to forward the ports to.
And I don't feel like explaining static IPs, if you want that, you'll have to rely on somebody else for it.
Well that's the tutorial in a nutshell lol.
