.. means that every time you play a new opponent and have to pick a level, you should ask yourself the next questions..
1. Did I pick this level against my previous opponent?
Yes - You can't pick it
No - Move on to question 2
2. Did I pick this level three times before in the whole tournament?
Yes - You can't pick it
No - Congratulations, you can pick this level!
