Are you behind any sort of firewall (ZoneAlarm, etc, or routers)? If so, you need to allow JJ2 to be directly connected to another computer. If you have a software firewall, make sure it is giving JJ2 direct connection priveleges. If you have a router, go into the settings ( http://192.168.1.1) and forward ports 10052 to 10054 to the internal IP of the computer you play JJ2 on.
If you do not have a firewall or anything, try contacting your ISP about it.
