This is the exact thing I was going to propose the moment I opened this thread. Although it would also be a good idea to limit the number of servers from a single IP to one server per port. That means about 4 servers max from a single IP and each one has to have a different port. There is really no point trying to host multiple servers on the same port - maybe for having more poeple join your server as a result of multiple entries, but that's just spam.
