Unfortunately i did not have time to put pictures in my review, but a whole lot is not lost by me not having them.

5th: SUCKY LEVEL - RAGNAROK

1:21:06 plunK : "That vibrating spring in the middle bugs me......."
1:21:22 Ragnarok : ".....of all things a vibrating spring bugs you?"
1:21:31 Ragnarok : "Wow, im not entering one of your contests again"
1:22:05 plunK : "You didnt get docked at all for the spring"
1:22:09 plunK : "Seeing as I just noticed it now, it just bugs me"

Sucky level a clever map, and go figure, Ragnarok used Jazz 1:Battleships v2 (again)
The map features several smal platforms over a semi large pit that spans a little over half of the bottom with a single spring on a pillar in the middle. Althought the eyecandy is decent and fairly typical of our good friend Ragnarok, the prize in this map is the gameplay concept and the item placement.

Each player spawns with a water shield, and before you ca steal the flag to capture, you must wear down the opponents shield. There are a few seekers to give added gameplay, but the fun is in the ice, which can get a fun kill over the central pit, which is the central play area of the map. It was very very fun to play online.

4th: CREPUSCULAR CAVES -DARKSONIC

Making great use of the dark plaent tileset, crepuscular caves is a very well layed out level, with above average eyecandy, and exceptional gameplay. The bottom half of the map in particular is very well done, with the rf weapon placement near thin ledges is clever because we kept tending to fire right after we got and, and that pushed us into the pit. The use of items as part of the eyecandy was also a very nice feature that all my testers complimented on.

3rd: WINNING ORDINARY ORIGINAL POOP (WOOP) - FAWFUL

Another map that was excellent in both eyecandy and gameplay, and the custom music was another nice treat. WOOP focuses on these 2 building complexes over a pit. The weapon placement and level design brought around quite entertaining gameplay because it wasnt very simple to go and grab the other teams flag, the roof were angled in a way to increse difficulty. The secret messages were amusing, and the hidden powerup room made good use as the pu was melee only. The only thing about this levelthat we didnt like, was that spring on the centre platform, which made getting off the chain annoying and tedius, and could throw you into the pit if you hit it wrong.

2nd: KNIGHTS OF EVE - HITCH

This map gave an incredible first impression and later impression. It made great use of level space and had clever ways to avoid making the carrots too easy to get. Eyecandy was exceptional, especially seeing as it was a symetrical map but the eyecandy was not symetrical. Gameplay proved very very good and the layout and weapon placement was outstanding. Hitch used lighting effects, great music, everything. There are only 2 things that kept this map from first:
1: The flags are slightly far over campared to the sucker tubes, so as you jump to grab the flag you miss fairly frequently, which cost points and games.
2: The next level:

1st: BETA CAROTENE - DODGES

This map was just over the top with how amazing everything was. The layout is awesome, and the platforms are shaped in ways that make advantage of certain weapons properties, such as the bouncers angle. The side witch system at the bottom was quite clever, and a great feature to have. Gameplay was absolutely amazing on this map, possibly one of the best games ive ever had. The springs on the side were placed well so people falling down would miss them but people wanting to use them easily could.

But the best part of this map: the eyecandy. The rock with the moving sky tiles in the back made all the testers instantly love this map, as it gives you a tubular semi aquarium style feeling, and he made a whole nother map behind the level as eyecandy, which looking great. in all my testers opinions and mine, this map one by alot (althought only narrowly beating out KOE) the only thing on this map that could really be improved was the music, which was really funky XD

NOTABLE OTHER MENTIONS:

DJazz's Acid Factory also had quite great gameplay, but the level eyecandy and other things were not up to par to win, but i would still reccommend playing them

TRoglobites RockPaperScissors is also a quite clever use of CTF and triggers to create a custom rock paper scissors game, definately check this one out.
