Um, yeah, I honestly don't know what went wrong here. My shots never seemed to hit him in the JE games, and the carrot was always there for him when they did hit. In the meantime, I got myself butchered even when I tried to be careful. Meh, I guess I'll play my loser bracket duels to be a good sport, but I'm not exactly expecting much.

The tournament seedings weren't 100% accurate, since I dealt players into 4 groups of seedings(Group 1 was 1-8, Group 2 9-16 etc.), I then basically randomed the positions of people in their groups, you got seed number 7. So well, yeah, the seedings somehow ended up pretty accurate, though still not perfectly accurate, which wasn't even the purpose. Why I put you in such a good group, the reason is that you took part already in almost all(or probably every?) past tournament, and usually won some matches. Also your JDC 17 Results were a good enough verification that you should be put to the top. Several losses by 1 point against good players are counted as well.
Anyway, in each tournament we have seen some surprises, greater or lesser, so this one counts as a greater surprise probably. If you feel you shouldn't have earned that high seed, there is also the possibility Kev should have had higher seed instead, since he was in the lowest group. Anyway, since he was a new player to these tournaments, and I didn't really have any good proof of his state, he was automatically put into group 4, like other new players. So if he really played very well, you don't have to be ashamed I guess. But anyway, good luck to the LB. ;P
