I'm pretty good thinking up plots, but when it comes to names of people, places, things, creatures, ect, im pitiful. Like, how did J.K. Rowling come up with Hermione, Hagrid, or Gringotts!? I have no idea... they say right handed people are very good writers, but left handers have the imagination. I don't know, that doesn't make sense...
Try to make up a name... you know how England was made, right? Put angle and land together, and then say 'angleland' over, and over in your head really fast... England.

Anyway, I get names from looking at names of cities and whatnot in diffrent countries, like England and Finland have some interesting names of cities that are good last names for characters (and no one has to know you got them out of a world atlas).
