Well, a ban would stop most of the problems. Him joining a server can be prevented by simply blocking his IP firewall wise. Not only that, there's gonna be a jj2+ update that should stop most of the problems he exploited.
I'm still in favour of some kind of protection though. Max 3 servers per IP or otherwise...
