Like PJ, I'm currently unable to host. I have a dedicated server project ongoing though, and I might be able to host 24/7 in the future.
As for the second requirement, the software I will implement on the server might not be the traditional JJ2 & JJ2+ combo, but something else... Anyway if I'll get this thing to work, I should have full understanding on how to use it
I should also understand how events work in general, I have fully read the information and event description pages and have participated in a number of events.
