Last time I uploaded a ctf level was 2002(!) though I've made plenty of CTF levels since then.

I wonder if the judges will actually consider this. I know a lot of people who should go back to playing DW who would simply reject this level outright, due to certain elements in it. And even if this makes it into the mappool, I suspect it will get vetoed by the same people. I think it's a fun level though.
