Yeah. Modules are non-streaming formats, and therefore streaming formats like MP3 cannot, practically speaking, be converted to them.
If you want to use an MP3 file in a level (why do people want to do this so much anyway?), just use JJ2+. Of course, only users of JJ2+ will be able to hear the song in your level, and plain JJ2 will just crash for anyone who tries.
