But why is it so important that everyone sees it? Seems to me that this is a matter you should take up with the admins (which you did, so at most this thread is redundant).
Anyway, for future reference:
The correct thing to do when you cannot access an account because you don't know the password and can't access the associated e-mail address is to ask an admin to change the e-mail address or set a new password. To avoid confusion and data fragmentation it is not allowed to create a new J2O account when you already have one. If you do so anyway, there's a risk that an admin will merge it with your other account, since we have no way to check for what reason you made a second account.
