How can you prove your nationality, by scanning your ID and sending it to r3p? I think playing from an IP from the country in question should suffice. I mean, it's not like anyone would travel to a neighbour country just for a JJ2 tournament. And I live in Germany. There are no decent active players from my homeland at the moment, and Germany lacks a good third player, I think it would only make the tournament more interesting if I could play for Germany.
