Further Update
Since no one posted, I'll have to update this last post with an update. So, without further ado, here is the rebuilt Serious Café! It will also have a NPC with which you can have a conversation (idea courtesy of Dermo earlier in this thread).
Moreover, there will be NPC's all over Carrotopolis which say random things, some of which can even be interesting! It will be exactly like an RPG, and there will be way more than 15 (don't worry, you won't need any program).
I hope that I will get some replies to see whether people are still interested in this (I'm gonna finish this either way). See ya!
