Oh sorry, I somehow managed to completely miss the point of my thought in my previous post. I think I were being distracted while posting that


The "whether this is possible" referred to silencing the 'Press Fire' text if the image does not have a black (or other solid colour) bar at the bottom. Since that would require scanning the image etc. But on second thought, if we end up using such an image, we can just simply silence the text in a hard-wired manner. Duh.

Short answer: so yes, of course it is possible.
