No, I didn't touch the keyboard for that run, only used the mouse. As for how I beat it...

...let's just say hundreds upon thousands of hours on TF2 gives you an amazing ability to flick your mouse to the intended portion of the screen with pretty great accuracy. (it still wasn't easy though)

extra clarity: not a brag, TF2 just focuses so heavily on burst damage that flick aiming is pretty heavily encouraged, many times I think I've forgotten how to track.
