Funnily enough, I own a copy of JJ1 with the very same CD case as that eBay listing, so I've taken a look at mine, and IMO, it looks like a weird contrast/colourisation error(I would take a picture of mine, but all I have to take the picture with would be a PS3 Eye camera, which takes pictures at the size of Justin Bieber's talent in the resolution of a brick).

EDIT: As for the weird WIZ stuff, Violet, you're probably right. Still, an interesting curiosity. Perhaps it was an early demo distributed by WIZ(Whoever they are), since it's a floppy and most copies of JJ1 that were on floppy at the time required you to buy the extra episodes later.
