Inner barrel is too long! or, main body is too short!

I have a saw for cutting it exactly, but if I cut this barrel, not only it's very hard work but also fire range and accuracy will decreased.
So, cutting the barrel is very silly choice. it does that mean, I must make the main body.. again!..
