I always use Foamex for my any reflicas.
also some wood, MDF, some plastic parts, griddle, even wooden chopsticks, Everything could be great material!
oh, and here is some of my works about 2 years ago.
You can't believe it, but it's also AEG, same material, and I sold it to someone(it was 'Made to Order' product. about.. 300,000won(=300 bucks)  )
