So did YOU set up the router? If you did, you should know already how to configure it. Routers won't work right out of the box.
Routers NEED configuring when they are used at first, and this is most likely done through the web browser. And they all run independently. There would be no point in getting a router if it needed a computer.
Have you tried going to http://192.168.1.1?
If you didn't set up the router, have you tried asking the person who set it up to do it for you?
Is the router set up for your computer(s) only, or is it for people other than you too? Like where is it in your network?
Have you read the manual?
