My personal favourite SP episode is FSP: Rent Collection, so if you haven't played that, I highly recommend it.

I also hear that EvilMike's episodically released pack from about 8 years ago is fantastic, so that's probably worth looking into(Although, it's very long, and also pretty diffcult).
