If you mean the sky is white, all platforms are steady, some walls are red and the text signs don't display any text, then you have NOT installed JJ2+.
INSTALL JJ2+!!!
JJ2+ is NOT JJ2. It's a different thing.
To install JJ2+ click THIS LINK. The ZIP file contains files. Extract them all in your Jazz2 folder. Open plusifier.exe and follow the instructions. Open Jazz2+.exe and play the level from there.

If you just can't install JJ2+ at all, I'll work on a version of the level who does not require it.
