zero the issue u described where a bullet hits u after u killed the one who fired it appeared long before 6.3.
the bullet features of 6.3 are a rly good improvement and it seems like they are not the cause of the issue u re describing since we noticed this a long time ago already. also that issue doesnt happen that often.
