The "roasted" message is unusual in that it's generated locally by the client in response to UDP 0x14. Both these chatlogs are obviously truncated, but if Dominatro supposedly roasted Faw 10 times in total, I'm curious whether in your full chatlogs, you each saw 10 roast messages, or whether Faw saw 11, counting the odd one.

Pressing Shift+F7 saves some network data to jazz2.log (and the spy window), including a "Total Packets Out of Order" stat, but I'm sure you closed that JJ2 window a couple hours ago and it's too late to press it now.
