New website
JJ2+'s documentation has evolved yet again! From plus-readme.txt... to plus-readme.html... to jj2.plus.

After years of the readme being basically just the changelog and command list, with a few barely-updated sections attached, we now have a full website. Every fix and feature is explained in living color, themed after JJ2's original printed manual (the "Superhero's Handbook"). Common links docs.jj2.plus and gog.jj2.plus now go to the most relevant pages.

This is in preparation for JJ2+ being added as a One-Click Mod in a few hours! We're guessing the store page will be at https://www.gog.com/game/jazz_jackrabbit_2_plus, but if not, a few links on the website will need to change quickly, heh heh.

Being directly featured on GOG's mod list should give us much better visibility than an obscure beta channel. And as an added bonus, the one-click-mod distribution includes seven single player experiences to get new players started, all with their creators' permission.

We'll definitely need to keep updating the website in the days ahead, especially to add more screenshots, but it's great to have it basically all together in time for GOG.
