We think it may be related to the registry at:

Computer\HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Wind ows NT\CurrentVersion\AppCompatFlags\Layers

Is your new Jazz2.exe path in that registry folder? If not, what happens if you try adding it there?
