Another website update: I added unpatched JJ2's command line options to the command line section of the Settings page, because anyone interested in the command line is probably interested in all the command line, they don't want to have to go find a separate page for the unpatched options.

-nofilter is left out because I suspect JJ2+ ignores it, though I haven't tested that to be sure.
