I fear that there won't be any balance between clans now. Before GpW's death, there were GpW and DM- two very very good clans, and before the merging of DL and EM tehre were GpW, DL and EM (whoa! ), so there still was a balance. But now, their won't be sth like that, I fear. There'll be DM and the rest of the clans, having no chance in clanwars etc. and also having no chance to get any really good members...
