Hello, and welcome to the JJ2 Community. Ok well i'll help you fix your Jazz.

In case you don't know how to Log On yet
1) Log on to the Internet
2) Play JJ2
3) Go to: New Game-Multiplayer-Internet Play
4) Choose: Join a Server.

But you can't do this yet it seems you haven't downloaded the List Server Bug Fix Patch to log into JJ2 after the Great Server Crash happened, which was one of JJ2's Greatest Moments. Download all these Utilities for Jazz2 and TSF for perfect Game efficency.
