When I bought Jazz Jackrabbit 2 in 1998, it came with a full copy of Jazz1. Now, in 2002, with my modern computer, I want to play Jazz1. I tried installing the TTPatch to "FILE0001.EXE", used SETUP to set my sound card (I have a Turtle Beach Santa Cruz that will function as a Sound Blaster 16, Pro, or regular), and started the game. For some reason, the sound was extremely choppy no matter what sound quality I selected. The gameplay was fine, but why was the sound so choppy?

I'd appreciate it very much if anyone could help me out here.
