Well, turn on your computer and press ctrl+alt+delete to see what's running. Connect to the net and do the same thing. Then run JJ2, and do it again. If at anytime whilst playing JJ2 and it happens, check to see if something else has popped up. That could be the culprit. Note down the name and do a search on your computer, but if you find anything don't delete it because we might want to take a look at this.
