Is there any kind of software at J20 that I can download that makes hosting easier? Like it lets you know if it's pinging, and for how long it takes, ect.

What you say is right, pinging usually means the information is going through and when it comes back the server will be open. However, if the pinging time takes long, no one can join until it stops pinging, right?
