I think no one really "began" with it or something... maybe in history someone made some sort of room and another created a house and stuf:P... but I dont think SkyFP began with it...no...I knew him and stuff, but before him there were a few hotels, like SoulFirE said: Gringo's one but also more hotels/houses, created by rookies who LIKED it (I dont)...
I dont think Sky and JKM began with it...
