This is MarsDragon, a friend of mine. Her avatar (By 'avatar', I of course mean 'character used to represent one's self', so in other words, this is her character) is this funny-looking dragon with a hat, long hair, and a stick with a rock on it simply called the Australian Death Stick.

Trick is, her character is supposed to be gender neutral. And has no clothes. But, it's not anything revealing or obscene or anything, as it's neutral.
