Ok, to be very honest:

-ditch the [ and ], the logo looks too much like GPW's with them. Of course it's ok to have them in your clantag, but you don't nessecarily have to put them into the clan's logo.
-ditch the spaz, or try to find a better pic of him and put him into the background and make him bigger.
-try to make the text and the spaz fit each other - find suitable colors.
