Time for suggestions!

the [] tags look fine, but another font would help, that one looks too simple (arial i think). Try somehting like impact, a nice one for big logos, or Arial Rounded mt Bold (i think thats it), which should fit nicely with comic sans at the bottom. Or you can just go to http://www.acidfonts.com

The photoshop rendered clouds look fine (contrary to belief that they are JJ2 clouds, they have too many colours). Also, I agree with splashs idea with the big background spaz, add it into a new layer, boosts its size (smart size, not pixel resize), make it greyscale (to fit with the clouds), make it between 50-70% visible and merge it with the background. Since total greyness looks dull id suggest u add 20% blue to that new spazticular bg and make the text bright red.

Also, the text effects could be improved a bit, give them a very blurry drop shadow (fits nicely with the clouds). The softness of the inner bevel is way too much (especially on the bottom text). Make it somehting like 5-10 at the most. Increase the depth a bit aswell, ud want a big beefy logo.

There are about 1001 other niftular things u can do with it, but id better stop now, as those are barely noticeable and take hours of time

On a side note, why would you want to make a logo with paint shop pro if you have photoshop?
