Addon spark is the cat, not the blue ghost. Blue ghost is event 253 (TSF). Cat is event 252. Addon dog does nothing that we know of.

It is supposed to be that way to make you helpless. If you could attack after you got turned into a frog by a witch, it would be pointless.
