Add to that list:
- graphicians
- musicians
- writers (yes, really)
- artistical directors (to make all of the above work together)
- managers (managing all the stuff is a job on its own)
... and probably a whole lot more. 
As said, if you wanna do this for real, work out the plans first THEN assemble a dev-team.
