I wouldn't really want to switch. NTFS is much more reliable than FAT32 and with my RAID setup it is way faster than a normal FAT32 setup and perhaps even a FAT32 setup in my position.

I usually use PartitionMagic... and I'm running XP so it might even be another iteration of NTFS. I read a recent article on anandtech and they said Linux can only read NTFS.

I still have yet to find one reason to install Linux. ;P
