You just need a little luck when joining a TSF server. There are servers where you get kicked off as soon as you roast the hoster. But hey, there are some really friendly guys around on TSF as well!

As for the skill level... well, nobody can deny that the average battle and ctf skills are somewhat higher on 1.23 But please, don't think that all the TSF servers are hosted by jerks
