Her face is misshapen, his is too jagged, arms don't look like arms as much as they look like wire bound with human flesh. Secondly, Sephi is OOC in this drawing, but seeing as it's fanart, I suppose that's implied. It's also too scratchy, which hints at a failed attempt to make it look more artful, or perhaps to draw attention away from the fact that her breasts, again are oddly shaped-- Something that isn't seen from female artists work much, more in males. *shrug*
